Healthy Dessert Recipe: Frozen Yogurt

Do you want some ice cream? Of course… everybody loves them some ice cream.

Well, this recipe is pretty close to ice cream and is a lot healthier than what you can find at the store or the ice cream shop:

Delicious 2-minute Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz of plain organic Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh berries of your choice
  • 1 packet of stevia

Directions:

Mix a handful of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and/or diced strawberries (make sure there’s no added sugar!) with 6 oz of plain organic Greek yogurt and 1 packet of stevia. Place in freezer. Enjoy later…it’s delicious!

Not to mention is packed with high-quality protein and scores incredibly low on the glycemic index, which will protect your waistline while you have dessert :)
