I hope you’re doing great and that 2010 is off to an awesome start for you!
This post is a little different than my last few.
It’s a new year. You probably have some health and fitness goals for the next 12 months.
Here’s the deal: I want to help you achieve those goals.
So what I want to know from YOU is; what can I do for you?

What do you need more clarification on?
What topics should I cover in the next few blog posts?
In the comment box below let me know what you need help with, and what I can
do for you to help you reach your goals for 2010.
Rock on!

TOPICS: Research that says we SHOULD eat prior to working out and WHAT is BEST for muscle/weight loss. Why almonds and fish oil help you burn fat. What can we ADD to our program that packs the biggest PUNCH (might be fish oils/nuts–or could be meditation–who knows). How about discussing LABS–how to lower LDL, raise HDL, lower TGs (triglycerides), manage blood sugar.
My goals are to workout at least 4 times per week with Luke “the BEST trainer in the world” Wold and start feeding my body what it NEEDS and not what I *think* it wants.
HAPPY NEW YEAR LUKE!!!

My focus this year is on my nutrition. I have a horrible sweet tooth and I crave carbs! But these things don’t like me. Over the holidays I allowed myself to binge on the things I thought I wanted. They were yummy but not as satisfying as I thought and they left me feeling tired and grouchy! So this year I want to find the right balance between supporting my hard work in the gym with appropriate treats!

I want to loose my hip/stomach fat but I dont want to loose my chest curves… is there any way to get a super sexy lower stomach and still retain some curves?
Thanks Luke!

Nutrition is always a great topic. How about a post for the boys outlining your favorite exercises to get us ripped. I also know that there is a lot of research out there for exercise and how it boosts self confidence, better sleep, increase in mental awareness/function. Would be great to read a blog about that.

Goals: I want to change my body enough to try on all the clothes in my closet. I want to dispose of the clothing I don’t really need or want. Reaching this goal is important so that I may encourage others to jump into the program.
Working out is no longer an option! It is as important as eating correctly, for me. I need a SPAM BLOCKER!! Some little saying, excercise, that will stop me in my tracks as I over ride want v need positive v negative reaction to the food I consume.
Thank you for your inspiration and enjoy a wonderful New Year!
