		<description>Goals: I want to change my body enough to try on all the clothes in my closet.  I want to dispose of the clothing I don&#039;t really need or want. Reaching this goal is important so that I may encourage others to jump into the program. 
Working out is no longer an option!  It is as important as eating correctly, for me.  I need a SPAM BLOCKER!!  Some little saying, excercise, that will stop me in my tracks as I over ride want v need positive v negative reaction to the food I consume.

		<description>Nutrition is always a great topic.  How about a post for the boys outlining your favorite exercises to get us ripped.  I also know that there is a lot of research out there for exercise and how it boosts self confidence, better sleep, increase in mental awareness/function.  Would be great to read a blog about that.

		<description>My focus this year is on my nutrition. I have a horrible sweet tooth and I crave carbs! But these things don&#039;t like me. Over the holidays I allowed myself to binge on the things I thought I wanted. They were yummy but not as satisfying as I thought and they left me feeling tired and grouchy! So this year I want to find the right balance between supporting my hard work in the gym with appropriate treats!</description>
