A very effective core exercise brought to you by Carson City Personal Training:

Exercise Tips:

– Act like a magnet is pulling your kettlebell to the ceiling.  This constant upward motion will keep you from “lassoing” the kettlebell around

– Start with your weaker arm and use the same weight when you get to your strong arm.  Training your dominant hand with more weight will lead to muscle imbalances that can eventually lead to injury

– Keep the kettlebell against the outside of your forearm

– Lift and lower the weight in control and with good form
