That video was great. Definately black mail material. Looking forward to the next festivus and I really think you ought to end it with a wrestling match where we dress up in those big sumo suits.

  2. Luke Says:

I love the sumo suits!! We could call it Wold Fitness Festivus: Thunderdome Adventure.

  3. Deirdre Says:

Thanks Luke for a fun Saturday morning!

It was so helpful to see right then which area of my fitness I want to improve upon. (So much better than pounding out a long boring race to try to measure a fitness goal!) I liked how we set our realistic, specific goals at the end vs. the broad “I just wanna lose weight”.

All the friendly competition and support helped me push myself. What a great group of folks!

Thunderdome!? Awesome! Can’t wait! Got to get a Tina Turner wig…

  4. John Says:

I had a great time too. I now know what area I need to work on. Like getting Deirdre to let me wear that Tina Turner wig….
