Wold Fitness Fat Loss Bootcamp
With Luke Wold’s “Build, Burn, Tone” training methods, you will lose fat FAST in this fun, dynamic, and challenging group fitness bootcamp.
Classes are held at Wold Fitness’s Private Training Center. Sessions are Monday through Friday, at 6am, 8:30am, and 5:30pm(NEW!). You can come to as many sessions as you want, but be sure to come at least three times a week for best results!

This is the perfect option for “Fat Loss and….”
- Fat Loss and health (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc)
- Fat Loss and joint issues (bad knee, low back pain, hurt shoulder, etc.)
- Fat Loss for total beginners
If you have a limiting issue, or just feel like you need even more personalized guidance as a beginner, personal training is the option for you!
Personal training times are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7am or 6:30pm.
